Total Triage is here

We have changed to a new system for making appointments called Total Triage. This new system will make it easier to book appointments and will avoid long waiting times on the phone. Just submit your request via the NHS App or through the ‘contact us online’ link on our website home page. Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a smartphone or the internet, our trained care navigators can complete the form for you. You can submit medical requests, admin requests or prescription queries. All medical requests will be triaged by a GP and you will be offered the most suitable option. This could be an appointment with a GP, Nurse, or another healthcare professional.
