GP Practice Merger Consultation

Keynell Covert Surgery and The Kings Norton Surgery (including Ash Tree Surgery) have decided to merge from 01/10/2022, subject to agreement from NHS Birmingham & Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

The Proposed merger will allow to provide a wider range of comprehensive services to meet the diverse needs of our population.

We also envisage that by merging we will increase patient access, choice and availability across three sites.

Before the merger takes place, we want to ensure that we keep our patients fully informed of the progress and do all we can to minimize any inconvenience during the transition period.

Feedback during this process is important to us and we are working with the Patient Participation Group members from the existing practices to shape how the practice will work together with patients, carers and our community.

We have also placed a suggestion box in the reception for your comments & feedback.
