Gail is the lady that keeps the practice running.  She takes care of the finances as well as the practical organisation of the practice.  She also plays a vital role in patient care as she is responsible for sending out letters for clinics and followups.  She has too many other roles to mention here but if you have a question or complaint about the practice then she is the lady to contact. Email Gail Fergus

Carol Woods and Linda Hague - Reception

If you have been to the practice then you will have met Carol and Linda.  They are the first port of call at the practice and assist patients on the telephone and at the reception desk.  They also assist the doctors in many ways, not least by making regular cups of tea!  They are also vital in keeping the electronic records of patients up to date.

Dr Rachel Leggetter MBChB

The NHS greatly values the skills of female doctors as well as the importance of family life.  Rachel complements our practice by working one surgery a week which allows her to maintain her skills as well as care for her family.  We have rejoiced with her (fairly) recently at the birth of her second child.

Judy Davies (RGN RHV FWT) - Health Visitor

We are very fortunate to have Judy as our Health Visitor.  An invaluable member of the team as she cares for the younger children and their parents.  This is everything from childhood immunisations to advice about sleeping and behaviour.  She is ably assisted by Josie and Janette, who do much to support young and single mums.

Austin Kendrick & Lydia Broom - Drug Solutions Birmingham

Austin & Lydia joins us once a week to help with the drug treatment programme that we run. Austin comes on a Wednesday afternoon and Lydia on a Monday morning.  They provide help and support to those who's lives have been damaged by drugs but who want a fresh start.  This work is done in conjuction with the doctors.

we can book appointments to see a member of the Citizen's Advice Bureau  to advise about benefits and other issues.

A recent addition to the team is Helena Rogers who provides counselling services on a Friday morning.  We have a midwife who works alongside the practice as well as a dedicated team of district nurses.  We also have close links with St Mary's Hospice and other practices in the area.
