We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.  We have an active patient group enabling you to have your say.  If you would like to take an active part in the group please complete the form in the 'Patient Group' section of the home page or let the practice know.

The date of the next meeting is Thursday 23rd June , 1pm at Kings Norton Surgery.   You do not have to attend to take part as you can request to receive copies of any minutes etc and join an e-mail discussion.

Dr Nitesh Mistry will be joining the practice team in October 2016.

Friends and Family Test - This is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.  Click on the following link Friends and Family Test

Repeat Prescriptions

pharmacist_6Some patients who are on regular medicines may be issued with repeat prescriptions without necessarily consulting a Doctor every time.

When repeat prescriptions are collected a computer print out of your medicines will be attached and should be filled in when ordering next time.

A Doctor will still need to see you at least once a year to review your medication.  This review date is at the bottom of your repeat prescription slip. If you come to reception we can often do your prescription while you wait if your checks are up to date and the drugs are due.  If you leave your prescription with us please allow 24 hours for collection of your new prescription.

Please use the form at all times and deliver it to Reception. We cannot deal with prescription requests over the phone for safety reasons, however we are happy to receive a fax or a request from your pharmacist.  We hope soon to have a on-line request service running.

Local chemists offer a prescription collection service from our surgery.  This saves you at least one trip to the surgery and you can go directly to the chemist for your medications.  Please discuss with your nearest chemist.

We also provide a joint service with Pharmacy2U.  This company are based in Leeds and specialise in home delivery of repeat medications.  Please visit www.pharmacy2u.co.uk or pick up a leaflet from the surgery.
